WHERE DO WE MEET AND DEPART FROM THE TOURS?
Morning tour: The meeting point is at the entrance to Makola market in Accra where you will see our tour guide wearing a yellow t-shirt with our logo on it.
Night Tour: Meeting point is at Basel street, Osu.
The finishing points do vary depending on tour. Detailed instructions will be provided upon booking
CAN I HAVE A TOUR FOR A PRIVATE GROUP?
Yes, we do cater for private tours, please contact us for more details and to arrange a booking
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY BOOKING?
The Accra food tour guide will combine historical facts, local culture and culinary insight into a unique tasting experience. Imagine walking through the hustle and bustle, eating our local vendors’ most tantalizing food and drinks while exploring everything Accra has to offer as a cultural site of interest
HOW MUCH CAN I EAT AND DRINK?
You will have at least 8 places to sample snacks and/or drinks along the way. Water will also be provided. We will provide a standard portion size, and it’s up to you if you choose to eat less. Following this, you will be able to have a full local lunch or dinner - all unfamiliar dishes will be explained by your guide. You’ll have plenty to eat and drink and certainly leave satisfied.
Please come hungry and eat lightly prior to fully enjoy the experience
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note our cancellation policy: We offer a risk-free 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour starts. Unfortunately, any person who fails to appear on the day of departure will not be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please send an email, and we will process it within 3-5 working days
WHAT DO I NEED TO TAKE WITH ME?
Make sure to wear your favorite casual shoes, as we’ll be walking a lot. Our tours go on, rain or shine, so if there's a chance of rain, consider bringing an umbrella for those short walks between food stops. Don’t forget your sun cream, sun hat, and extra water to keep you refreshed!
